Who do you know that's working to improve health and wellbeing in your community, school or workplace? They might be leading the local gym or rugby team with a focus on improving health and wellbeing through physical activity, or delivering frontline services that help to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Is this award for you?

This category is relevant for anyone who is working to make a difference to improve the health and wellbeing of others. There are many forms this could take. You might be mobilising your peers and community through sports and recreation, developing a new service to support mental health and wellbeing, or perhaps you’re driving policy changes in your organisation to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for employees. If you’re working to create impact by improving the health and wellbeing of others – we’d love to hear from you!

What will the judges be looking for?

1. Detail about the project or work you are involved in, and what your role is
2. How is your work helping to improve health and wellbeing? For who?
3. How do you know it’s making a difference? Any key measures or metrics?
4. Any barriers or challenges that you have had to overcome in doing this
5. What difference could winning this award make?
